College-loan balances in the U.S. have jumped more than $833 billion, reaching an all time high of $1.4 trillion. With seven out of ten college students graduating with an average of $40k+ in debt, we decided to take action and create a program that would not only help students make a dent in this massive debt before graduating, but give them some legitimate B2B (business-to-business) experience along the way.

Be Your Own Boss offers college students the opportunity to gain real world B2B work experience while promoting TransNational Payments services to small and medium-sized businesses. If you’re selected to participate in this program, you will focus on the early stages of the sales process — getting credit card payment processing statements from local small to medium-sized businesses for TransNational Payments to follow up with.

Marketing Specialist Interns (one per college campus) are asked to generate awareness and ultimately increase demand for Be Your Own Boss by increasing the applicants to the BYOB123 website. To learn more, click here.

All program participants will have 24/7 access to the Sales Training Portal. Please view our Training page to learn more. In addition to the 24/7 access to our Sales Portal, our college students are able to schedule check-in meetings as often as they see fit.
